I wanted to thank you so much for making my baby shower such a wonderful experience. I knew that the shower was going to be planned and decorated nicely as you did an outstanding job with my bridal shower and wedding in 2007. But you definitely hit my baby shower out of the ballpark with the attention to detail.

You captured the exact essence that I was looking for and the decorations matched the theme of my Lexi's room perfectly. I especially liked the photo booth you set up for everyone to take silly photos.

Jackie has done several events for our family and I highly recommend her if you are considering hiring an event planner. She is so creative, professional, and totally trust worthy.



She has planned all of my daughter’s wedding shower, wedding, baby shower with the most amazing decorations and party favors. Everyone at the parties had so many compliments. She also planned my husband and my 60th surprise birthday parties with beautiful arrangements for a Casino night for him and outdoor event for me.

​This option is designed for the bride that wants to do the planning herself with advise and support along the way. Our "Partial Planning" package begins immediately upon contracting our services and includes the following items:

Initial meeting to discuss your budget, priorities and the desired theme of your wedding.

Wedding budget creation.

Assistance choosing a wedding style, color palette, venue, decor, invitations, floral decorations, wedding dress and wedding party attire to insure a cohesive design within budget.

Monthly to do list.

Monthly check-ins to make sure you are staying on track with deadlines and budget.

Attend the final selection and planning meetings with the wedding venue and catering manager.

All these items are included in the "Day of Coordination."

FULL PLANNING:

Initial meeting to discuss your budget, priorities, and the desired style of your wedding.

Budget creation.

Present wedding venue options, schedule and attend site visits.

Present options for your color palette, decor, invitations, florals, fashion etc. for a cohesive professional design within budget.

Access to our preferred vendors.

Monthly to do list and check-ins to keep you on track.

Secure design options and quotes from vendors for you to choose from.

Prepare a vendor payment schedule to ensure your payments are made on time and in full by the contract date.

Create a floor plan.

Assist with seating assignments.

Attend final planning meetings with all vendors.

Create a weekend and/or day of timeline for the wedding party and your vendor team.

Final meeting with you to review all details and the timeline.

Assist with catering and delivery for the wedding party during hair and makeup.

I strongly recommend Jackie Slawin for anyone who is considering hiring a Wedding or Event planner.

I have been lucky enough to have her plan my bridal shower in 2007, my wedding in 2007, and my baby shower in 2010.

She was extremely professional at every turn and made all 3 of those major events a beautiful masterpiece. She is very creative with center pieces, party favors, decorations, etc.

She helped me save a lot of money on my wedding centerpieces by designing and creating a centerpiece that only needed 1 flower instead of 6-10. The best part was the centerpiece was so much nicer than just flowers as the flower company suggested.

She came up with awesome party favors for all 3 events and was really good about really listening to what I wanted and giving me ideas to make it all come together.

She was great from the planning all the way to the ex*****on of the events. I wouldn’t hire anyone else but Jackie for any future events.

Texas wedding
Jackie has done a few events for me. The first one was when my daughter turned 15. She made all the centerpieces and they were amazing for many compliments also helped with other decorations ie candy dishes, gift tables, and made some very cute favors. Jackie is very creative and puts together things out of nothing. She finds bargains but when she is done they look like masterpieces. She also helped with my daughters wedding and again was not disappointed she did a fabulous job and has a very creative mind. She has also done things for baby showers and birthday party. She takes pride in all that she does again she is very creative and has great ideas.
