10/10 highly recommend a bird seed toss. If you’re looking for something unique and environmentally friendly, this is definitely it! Not only will your venue probably prefer it over sparklers (and the liability that comes with them) but the birdseed photographs really well.

You don’t have to worry about torch lighters, or getting all of your guests to light their sparklers at the same time. Bonus if the birdseed comes in cute little packs like these from Tasteful Artisan on Etsy.

When clients book a package with us, one of their favorite things (other than our awesome personalities of course 😉) is their planning website. The website is a custom tool for clients that includes all of the professional wedding planning tools that we use to plan full service weddings. Every website comes with a full 12 month checklist, budget tracker, guest list & RSVP tracker, gratuity guide, vendor questionnaires and a ton of other great resources! But because it is only shared with booked clients, a lot of potential clients are booking without even knowing how great it is! And booked clients are surprised (and really pleased) to know how comprehensive it is when they actually get it. So, I wanted to take some time to show it off! Here’s a video walkthrough of the wedding website and a quick peek at all the really wonderful things inside!

Meet Alicia

I was born in Washington state, just north of Seattle. I spent my entire childhood riding and showing horses. My mother was riding horses while I was in the womb, so it's in my blood!

When I graduated high school I wanted to explore the world and ended up beginning my college career in Hawaii. After two years, I decided to pursue a new path and joined the Air Force. I started out in Hampton, Virginia working in Supply (think Fedex, UPS, etc). After four years, I retrained to become a paralegal and spent the next four years on active duty running the military justice program at Travis Air Force Base in California and Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi.

While I was stationed in California, I met my now-husband Cory. He was an aircraft mechanic who never stopped making me laugh! We got married in 2017, right before we moved to Mississippi. I planned our entire wedding, in 6 months and while doing so, learned that I had a real passion for wedding planning. I wanted to start a wedding planning business at that time, but because I was in the Air Force full time it wasn't really feasible.

In 2017, right after the wedding, we moved to Mississippi and embraced country life to the fullest. We bought an unfinished house on a five-acre piece of property that we call Magnolia Ranch and have spent the last few years making it home. We have a mini-farm with two horses, two dogs, a cat and five chickens and are working toward our ultimate goal of owning a big farm with a lot of animals and a few more babies!
