It’s time to fire up the smokers again for a P**terQ lunch. This Friday, November 15th, come have lunch with us in front of Yesway Wine & Spirits (the old Robb’s parking lot) in Belle Fourche.

We will have our smoked brisket, pulled pork, Mac & Cheese and PooTators. If we can get some peppers, I’ll also make up some Texas Twinkies. We’ll get set up by 11am and stay until 1ish so come by and see us!!

Who needs some brisket? We have 18lbs total available today. We can do smaller portions as well.

These came off the smoker today, but can be vacuum sealed and refridgerated or frozen for use at a later date (if you can wait!)
(No sauce available😥, but does it really need it?!?)

Hello, !! This Saturday, October 26th will be our last Saturday at the Spearfish Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch. We're be there with our Texas-style offerings:

Smoked Brisket
Pulled Pork
Poo-Tators (a large potato stuff with either Pork or Brisket)
Brisket Burnt End Dogs
Mac & Cheese
P**terChips

We swapped out P**terChips for Texas Twinkies for Saturday. We could not secure large enough peppers.

We hope to see you out there for our last visit of the year!

Ok PQ fans change of plans for the Spearfish Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch next weekend.

Lil P**t’s football team made it to playoffs and he plays Saturday in Rapid. P**ter and middle P**t have only seen him play once because of the Corn Maze…so we will be at the corn maze on Sunday instead of Saturday next weekend!

All three Colts teams made it to the playoffs for the first time ever!! Go BHYFL Belle Fourche Colts!

Happy Tuesday, ! We're gearing up for another Saturday at the Spearfish Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch.

Last week, we sold out of PooTators, so we'll have more of them again this Saturday. Come get a large potato stuff with either brisket or pulled pork!

This morning, I made prepped more Texas Twinkies, so we'll have more of them along with some spicy sauce. Come get them while they last!

And of course, we'll have our Brisket, Pulled Pork, Burnt End Dogs and Mac & Cheese. Come see us Saturday. We'll be set up from 10:45ish until 2:00 p.m.

Has anyone else had a really long week? We sure have, but we're at the end. Finally.

Tomorrow, we'll be setting up for lunch at the Spearfish Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch. We'll be there from 10:45ish to 2pm.

We have the following yummies for you to enjoy: Brisket, Pulled Pork, Brisket Burnt End Dogs, Stuff Poo-Tators, Mac & Cheese and Texas Twinkies.

Happy Monday, ! It's going to be a nice cool week this week... hopefully. We're getting ready for another Saturday at the Spearfish Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch.

This Saturday, we'll be serving lunch, so we'll be set up from 10:45ish until around 2pm.

This week: Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, Brisket Burnt End Dogs, Mac & Cheese and Texas Twinkies. With fall approaching, we're bringing back our Poo-Tator! We'll have giant potatoes you can stuff with either Brisket or Pulled Pork. We'll also have some butter, cheese and sour cream for those tators.

Good times!! So come out and see us!

Good morning, !! We got up early to pull meat off the smoker. We have a feast ready for you today at the Spearfish Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch

We'll be serving around 11 am this morning. We'll have Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Loaded Pulled Pork Nachos, Brisket Burnt End Dogs, Mac & Cheese, Texas Twinkies, P**terChips and our Creamy Coleslaw.

P**ter is a very happy man tonight! He had the winning bid on Ally's Eats amazing Reeces Peanut Butter Cheesecake! He hovered over that bid sheet like a hawk to make sure he got it!!
