Good morning, Belle!! We’ll be out in front of Yesway Wine & Spirits today at 11am for lunch. We’ll be there until we run out of food. We have our Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, PooTators and Mac & Cheese. We’ll also have some Brisket Burnt End Dogs while they last. Come out and see us!

We’re looking forward to getting out this week to serve some Texas-style barbecue. On Wednesday, we will set up with our good friends, Black Hills Brats. Come by & enjoy some delicious Smash Burgers, 6 different flavors of brats or some barbecue. Either one you choose, you win.

We have 3 options available. Each serving ~10 people.

Party Pack #1: Each person gets a half portion of our Loaded Pulled Pork Nachos. Our delicious nachos are covered in Smoked Pulled Pork, Pico de Gallo and our house made crème. Fresh jalapeños are also provided.

Party Pack #2: Each person gets 1/4 lb of our delicious Brisket Burnt Ends smoked to perfection in our house made Dr. Pepper based barbeque sauce.

Party Pack #3: Each person gets 5 signature PooterChips. Our PooterChips are delicious sausage, wrapped in bacon and drizzled with our home made spices.

The weather wins again!! With snowfall this morning, wind and temps in the low 30’s, we’re canceling today. We will be in Sturgis tomorrow in front of Indian Motorcycles of Sturgis. We hope to see you there!!
