•Time Efficiency: Doing a first look before the ceremony can help streamline the timeline of your day. It allows you to take some or all of your couple and wedding party photos before the ceremony, freeing up time after the ceremony to join your guests and enjoy the cocktail hour.

•Nerves/ Stress Relief: For some couples, seeing each other before the ceremony can help ease nerves and reduce stress. It provides an opportunity to connect and support each other before the formalities of the day begin.
