First of all, my husband and I would like to express our gratitude and thankfulness for you all for supporting local Food Trucks including us at the Food Trucks Square ever since it first opened! We wouldn’t be at our success without your support. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 🙏

Hope you all stay warm! Can't wait to welcome the sun this coming weekend! It has been cold and windy lately. Let's warm up with our comfort dishes this weekend! The weather man says we are going to have comfortable weather and no wind this coming weekend! Yay, about time, right?

We will be at the Idaho Central Legacy Fields in Filer, and plan to cook a special dish there as an addition to our current menu items for the first time: "MEAT LOVERS HIBACHI!” So come on down and watch some sport games with your family and friends, and enjoy your lunch or just simply to have something sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth. Hello everyone!!
Hope you all had great holidays, and staying warm! Time sure flies, and here we are almost done with January!! Next thing we know, spring time would be right next door, right?

We are excited to share with you our 2024 plan! We are going to add a delicious Javanese and Japanese street food immersion into our current menu as our special menu item! It is called, “SATE HIBACHI!” It is a Javanese & Japanese flavors dwell in one plate delivering adventurous & scrumptious summer bites 😁

This dish will make your tastebuds happy and do a happy dance!! Haha 😁 Especially those who like fried noodles and shrimps, and if you don’t like shrimps, you can substitute them with beef or chicken sate 😉

SATE HIBACHI will consist of pan-fried Javanese island noodles, 2 beef sate, 2 chicken sate, 2 shrimp sate, mixed vegetables, and yum yum sauce!! All made fresh on a griddle! We’ll keep you posted with our 2024 Events Schedule. Please, follow us here 🙏 👍🏻

Well, this is it guys! We finally made it to our last participation for the year 2023! We are thankful and grateful for you all not to mention all our amazing helpers and wonderful fellow food vendors for giving us wonderful memories to cherish on.

It has been a heart touching experience this year for my husband and I to learn how kind and supportive you all are! We met new people and became friends. We received new knowledge from many of you on how to improve for the better. We grew and learned new things each day we served you! You gave us an encouragement to keep on moving forward when we were challenged with a bumpy road ahead.

We truly feel we were surrounded by giant family members who came not only to buy our Sate Meal or Chicken Teriyaki, but also to help us grow and prosper with genuine feedback and ideas. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being very kind and for being wonderful you! Thank you!!! 🙏

So this is it! It’s a bitter sweet moment for me because I enjoy cooking and serving you all, but winter is coming and we and our helpers have been working hard all summer long and we will take a break a little until Spring season comes. If my husband and I are still young, we would definitely continue even during winter season. I guess we are getting old guys (we are already old!!) haha .. our mind keep saying to us that we are still 20 years old, but our bodies tell us otherwise Haha 😁

Stop by and visit us for the last time for our 2023 participation at Bluerock Farm on Pole Lane (behind or near St. Luke Hospital on the 4 intersection). Tacos El Guey as well as Maui Wowi will be there, too! You should try their food and drinks, you won’t be disappointed! So yummy! Also, the weather man said it is going to be a sunny day and in mid 70s on Saturday the 21st! We plan to open from 10:30am - 5:30pm. Hope to see you there!! 😁

We will be at the Cassia County Fair & Rodeo next week from August 14th - 19th! Come and stop by at our booth for lunch and or dinner! 😊

We have Southeastern Asia fresh street foods and drinks made from scratch. Our family generation beef & chicken teriyaki grilled fresh off the grill, and our beef and chicken sate (meat on the skewers) are marinated with our long family generation recipes involving fresh ingredients and healthy herbs.

We also have tropical drinks and slushes with fresh fruits and juices to enjoy during hot days! You don’t have to travel to Java island to have them, we bring them closer to you!

Serving you with the best and fresh ingredients and flavors from tropical Java island cuisines are our main intention because you matter to us! Therefore, we built your plates with passion, quality, and generosity! 🙏😊
