Exciting Announcement!

This year I will be running the 2024 Bank of America Chicago Marathon representing Team World Vision. The mission of World Vision is to provide clean drinking water to people in areas where it's not easily accessible. My goal is to raise at least $3,000 to help 60 people get access to clean drinking water. As a distance runner and hybrid athlete, I couldn't do what I do without water, so this cause is extremely important to me.

Cassie met Josh through her brother Caleb, who had quickly become one of Josh's best friends at Akron University. Josh was so eager to do God's work on campus, that himself, Caleb, and a few others decided to start a church plant on campus. When Josh attended Caleb's baptism, Cassie was smitten, but tried to be realistic and accepted that the purpose of their relationship was to just be Caleb's best friend - but Josh had other plans, and told Caleb he was interested in dating his sister Cassie. Cassie said in her vows about the first time she met Josh, she remembers thinking "Whoever gets to be his wife is so very lucky," and Josh said in his vows, "Aside from having a personal relationship with Jesus, marrying you is the best decision I've ever made." Cassie & Josh specifically asked that their wedding film reflect back to God and His love, and their story definitely shows it!
