"Hey Sharon, I'm in need of your services. I'm having a birthday party and here's the info:

The theme is Paris, the colors are gold and black and the set up is more cocktail party style because I don't want everyone sitting down. For decor, I want it nice, a little sexy, but not over the top."

Us: "We got you!"

This event took place at the beautiful Lord Baltimore Hotel in downtown Baltimore. This hotel is so exquisite and harbors the right amount of the historic Baltimore glamor and charm for any event.

A couple of team members decided to stay and hang at the bar/lounge area while the party was going on. Let it be known that they have some of the best cocktails, the Maryland crab soup (which had a half of crab in the cup), the wings were so tasty, and their staff was so nice and accommodating.

It doesn't matter if you want to be in the comfort of your own home or in a luxurious hotel suite, we can create the perfect romantic environment for you to celebrate love.

Our package includes a beautiful table scape decorated in the color of your choice, chilled Saratoga sparkling or still water, red and white wine, real china, glassware, flatware, etc., plus a custom music playlist with speaker, candles, rose petals, and more.

Be sure to contact us for more information and reserve your date night. We are available to serve the Baltimore Metropolitan area and spaces are limited.
Terms and conditions may apply.

50% of your total is required to secure your date. Final balance is due 7 days prior.

Flashback to "The Main Event" of 2012.
Our "Boss Lady" and her amazing husband coordinated one of the most creative and unique weddings ever. They had a boxing themed wedding!
Yes, a boxing themed wedding!

Stephen: The Championship
Sharon: The Challenger
It was a title match and the belt represented their heart.

The themed was carried out throughout the whole wedding, from the save the dates, to a custom video that was played at ceremony, Steve's entrance with him wearing a boxing robe and his 2 best men carrying championship belts, the ringing of ten bells to honor family members who transitioned, seating cards that looked tickets, life size portraits (before it became a trend), a boxing belt groom's cake and so much more.

Your wedding should not only be a depiction of your love for one another but also your personalities, it's okay be creative, unique, and have a little fun.

Throwback Tuesday...

Back in 2020 - 2021, when society began to slowly open back up from the pandemic, AVFS created a service called The Date Night Experience. This service was designed for couples to enjoy one another in the comfort or their home or in a hotel suite of their choice.

We would come in and decorate the room/suite for dinner (picnic style or regular dining) with a full tablescape, music, bottled water, wine, and if you choose, dinner and dessert.

Yes, we still offer this service. This would be perfect for Valentine's Day, birthday, anniversary or just because.

She gave us three simply requests: 1. that we incorporate her favorite color (orange), 2. Include some pictures of her as a child, and 3. make it pretty.
