Are you trying to figure out what to have at your next event?

We have a few tips!

1. Unique centerpieces: Elevate your event or tie in the details of any themed event while still keeping it classy.
2. Food displays: Another way to elevate the feel of your event, with things like fruit displays with ice sculptures or unique food presentation are an added wow factor for your guests.
3. Details: It’s all in the details, we can’t stress this enough! Details are a sure fire way for your event to be one to remember and to stand out!

📚 Class is in session! 📚

✨ Sometimes things happen and you may need to change your event date or cancel. Make sure you understand the venue’s cancellation policy by asking if they offer deposit refunds or transfers. If they offer transfers, how long will that deposit be honored? (6 months, 1 year, etc)

✨ Asking about the rental space time is important for your planner or any outside vendor. If your rental does NOT include set up and break down, you may need to purchase an extra hour for your vendors to set up.

✨ Ask if there’s any decor restrictions such as no confetti, no balloons, no open flame, etc to avoid any extra fees. 🙅🏾‍♀️

There have been so many changes personally and professionally between the both of us that we’re so excited to share! Jalin started her MBA program earlier this week, I started a new role in supply chain in June and we both moved this month! Whew!

✨LaShay is currently working on launching her vending business!
✨Jalin started a new role at Jopowel in December that she LOVES!
✨ Jalin just got admitted as an Admit Me Fellow & is currently studying for the GRE!

One of the most common questions we get is “how are you all handling COVID?”

✨Jalin and I are vaccinated
✨We wear masks throughout the event
✨We encourage our clients to have PPE stations to encourage guests to sanitize, wear masks and get their temps checked!

As a party host, you can go the extra mile and ask your guests to get tested before attending your event!
•
•
Although the precautions we put in place are not 100% preventative, we do strive to make sure our clients and their guests are as safe as possible.
