I started as a dishwasher at the age of 14 and I slowly worked my way up from Garmache to grill then to saute. I began cooking in Ma and Pas restaurant for 6 years and worked my way into fine dining. I have been a sous chef at 2 different restaurant along with being an executive chef at another. I am very diverse at vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian. I have roughly 10 years under my belt. I’ve worked with some amazing chefs from Dan Hernandez(Dan’s Grill) to Adam Daniels(Young Harris Wing House/The Oaks Lakeside Kitchen). Cooking is my life, passion, and one of the things I love to do.
