The second year of streaming 4H was a whole new game as we went out with 3 cameras, and worked directly with 4H to make sure their sponsors showed up on camera. It was incredible to be asked back and we prepared in advance just incase they did. I enjoyed investing in even more gear to make their stream even better, and even stay out an extra day and record late into the night as we even livestreamed the auction itself (which we were not hired to do).

Internet did drop a few times and we do work with the internet provided by the client/location in most scenarios so the feed did get a little glitchy or drop out completely as we lost power a few times. BUT we got back up and running as quickly as possible and had an incredibly successful show!

This stream is easily the main reason Nexus / Legacy Studio is where it is now. I was honored to be suggested by Kali Jean Nelson-Tuckerman to the wonderful folks at 4H to run their livestream. The importance of this live stream was incredibly important for them because Covid had just hit and they had no way to share the show and auction with their community. The weight of their situation weighed heavy on me and I decided that I would do my best to make this the best broadcast I could possibly do.

I packed up my camper trailer with everything I had, every camera, wire, stand, anything I could find that could possibly have any use. I invested in new cables, cable guards so guests wouldn't trip, and high speed amplifiers to get video signals out as far as I possibly could. It went incredibly, and by 23 minutes in this livestream shown below, I had the video running smoothly and we were COOKIN'! Once that event was complete I realized how important livestreaming would be for our community in Great Falls especially during Covid. So I made more of an effort to market out a bit further and have had the opportunity to work with several different businesses including getting to work with 4H a second year! (I'll share that stream here in the near future)

Since that time God has shown me this is an incredible opportunity that so few businesses are being offered, and its such a passion for me to do. I truly hope I will have the chance to work with you as well. You can do so much better than your cellphone!

The word "NEXUS" has special meaning, if you were to look it up in the Oxford Language Dictionary you will find the third entry says, "the central and most important point or place." As Nexus Streaming, I want our community to know any time we stream, that is the most important point or place your viewers should be, watching your livestream, and they deserve the highest quality broadcast we can possibly give.
