If I have this listed it’s still available

$1000 per month plus security deposit

Space for 2 vehicles working, registered and insured (parking lot)
Included 2 totes, one trash one recycling
Not included heat which is oil, and electric
Requirements, no pets allowed,
non smokers, (no smoking anywhere on the property)if the apt fits your interests and you smoke , I don’t need you to apply.
Noise restrictions in the rental agreement, you are above a flower shop, if your a loud tenant, likes loud music, anything that would disrupt my business , please don’t apply, it won’t work out.
Proof if income and employment is required and will be verified

Please take note your are in the village of Corinth, apt only(no lawn or land),above a business so no smoking, no excessive noise and no pets
