Thank you for your support! We had a great day serving our Crab Cake sliders! Oh, the look on the faces as they savored the deep flavors of the savory crab and then the sweetness of the roll, topped with bayside slaw and dressed the top with butter and parsley! Oh, and to wash it all down with an ice cold Arnold Palmer! We had a ball!

Who is Granpa Earl? My grandfather... he was a Professional Chef, drummer, storyteller, and best of all the best grandfather a girl could have! Many life lessons were taught to us by him. Summers and weekends were memorable. And I loved having breakfast at any meal! Granpa Earl's Catering is a testament to his legacy, and values!
