If you've ever wondered about the difference between fresh farmers' market vegetables, you'll be amazed by the varying sizes, colors, and flavors. The love and care provided to grow these beauties is the obvious reason for these differences. This week, we got these root veggies from Sola Gratia Farm at the Farmers Market.
If you're interested, this Saturday at Farmers Market, the U of I Extensions Department will provide free samples of Roasted Veggie Medley. You can stop by anytime between 8 am-12 pm to grab the recipe cards too.
