Greetings Village!

takes us to

The proverb says: "No matter how fast a man is, he cannot outrun his shadow." This popular saying is often used to caution people about the futility of trying to escape their past. We all have shadows that follow us around, and no matter how hard we try, we can never seem to shake them. Whether it's our personal history, our mistakes, or our regrets, they always seem to catch up with us in the end. The next time you're feeling like you're being chased by your shadow, remember that it's not worth trying to outrun it. You'll never succeed, and you'll only end up exhausted. African proverbs are full of wisdom, and this is one that you would be wise to heed.
