Frequently asked questions Part 1:

When will my order be delivered/picked up?

Unless special arrangements have been made, all deliveries and pickups are done before noon or after 5 pm (if delivering the night before). Typically orders are delivered the day before or the morning of the event and picked up the morning following the event. We create a delivery and pickup schedule on Monday each week to minimum drive time and maximize efficiency. We will contact you on the Monday before your rental to see if a specific window works for you. 😊
