The Sunday Grind hit the streets in the rain and visited Noho Cafe’ and Speakeasy in Northampton. As you can see, the vibe is vibing! We enjoyed our Lattes’ in the most comfy seats. To curate an event essentially means to pull specialty details together and create a unique experience. In terms of hosting the retreat this past weekend, it entailed coordinating with a wellness instructor as well as a skilled Psychotherapist. Finding accommodations that were conducive to both nature and nurturing was a must! Once those things are together, then we move onto creating meaningful experiences and ensuring all of the details are on point. From robes to bags, to bracelets with our guiding principles on them to s’mores by the fireside, to a guided hike to enjoy the waterfalls. All of these things together make for a meaningful retreat.
With BIO, you’ll experience layers of details rather than just attending an event.
