Just a reminder that fake flowers are perfectly fine and they have come a LONG way in the last few years. Budget friendly AND beautiful!

Everyone wants a quick answer to “what’s a typical floral budget” but unfortunately - there’s no such thing!

So many factors go into selecting your florals and how they play out in your overall wedding floral budget. Major ones no one thinks about are guest count (more people = more tables = more centerpieces) and seasonality (flowers out of season are more expensive and harder to get because they have to be imported).

The key to keeping your floral budget down? Be open to substitution and trust your floral designer!

✨‼️To all of my besties with upcoming events:
If you’re the type that likes to keep it natural with minimal makeup, I highly suggest getting a lash lift and tint if you’re wanting to add a little extra something for your event! Your eyes will pop and you will be in love!
As a 2024 bride myself, I have a lot of wedding related events coming up this year and my lashes typically disappear in pictures, so the lift and tint is a MUST! Thank you Haley for the reminder that I do in fact have lashes 🤣 Here’s a little before and after! While you’re there, get yourself a relaxing facial.

I have quite a few new followers so I would like to make a list of my services so you can get familiar with what I offer, and the benefits of each service! I also have a list of services on my website www.eventsbykatelyn.com

Rentals

Parties & Showers:
- Full Planning: This service includes EBK designing, decorating, and planning your entire event (with the client approving with each step of the way). This is a great way to have control of what is happening, without the stress of constantly thinking about how to execute it. Let me know your vision and I will bring it to life!

- Design & Decorating: If you would like to plan your event, but don't have the time to find decor or don't know what kind of decor you want, reach out to me and I will create a vision board of all of my ideas for your event and we will go from there.

- Pick Your Own Decor: Have all of your decorations and your event planned, but want to save time the day of the event? Let me take the stress of time restraints off of you and set up your decor FOR you! We will schedule a time for me to pick up your decorations, show me your Pinterest board so I can see your vision and your only job is to show up to your already decorated event!

- Balloon Arches: Balloon arches are a great way to provide some color and fun to your event. They are fully customizable to match ANY theme and are a great photo opportunity!

Weddings:
- Full Service Planning: Recently engaged? Let me walk alongside you during this special time of your life and help you plan everything from the theme down to the silverware at the reception! My team will be there day of to coordinate, calm your nerves, hype you up (because you look BEAUTIFUL in that dress and get you excited to walk down the aisle to your best friend.

- Partial Planning: If you've already started planning your dream wedding and need help bringing everything together, this service is perfect for you. I'll help you fill in all of the gaps and ensure you've thought of everything so your day runs as smooth as possible. This also includes day of coordination.

- Month of/Day of Coordinating: If you have planned and designed your wedding but need someone there day of to make sure vendors are where they're supposed to be and the timeline goes according to plan, this service is for you! We'll be there day of to make sure your wedding goes how you and your partner want it to!

"One Stop Party Box"
This box has everything you need to decorate your event. This service takes away the stress of picking the perfect decor and taking the time to go shopping. This is a fully customizable box with decorations picked by me, and approved by you! This is a cost effective way to have "decorator picked" decor without the fees of someone coming to set it up for you!
