thought I would share a holiday recipe.
Instead of serving can shaped cranberry gelatin. Try this delicious homemade cranberry sauce.
Two 12 Oz packages of cranberries
Two cups of orange juice 1 Cup of natural sugar
1 Cup the high-quality marmalade
2 finely chopped Chipotles in Adobo plus 1 tablespoon of adobo

Bring to a low boil orange juice and sugar, add cranberries, bring back to a low boil and simmer for about 10 minutes until the cranberry soften and pop. Add the Chipotle and adobo stir. Final stir in the marmalade. Turn off the burner let it come to room temperature and thicken. Can be served warm or cold.

Enjoy this with your family and friends.

We are excited to announce that we will be setting up and serving BBQ at Ocala Pool Boys for the Paws & Spas event. Saturday the 16th from 10:30 till 4 there will be a raffle to win an awesome hot tub! There will also be a silent auction. This is to benefit the Humane Society. Also on Sunday the 17th from 11 till 3 the fun continues with live music and BBQ
