When I first heard from Katie - she told me she wanted a different wedding. She didn’t want a traditional wedding dinner, she wanted to feel like they were having a big dinner party in Greece with her favorite people.

She told me she wanted to work with a local restaurant and the other planners she had spoken to advices against it. I said “I can see why they would say that, they have good points but what the h*ll, let’s do it!”

And so we did! It went off without a hitch and we couldn’t have done it without these other vendors as well:

Hi 👋🏼 it’s me! I thought I’d post a more recent picture of me that the incredible .photography took of me while working .

I have a love/hate relationship with what I wear when I work events or weddings. I always wear the same thing and do my hair the same way. I’d much rather look chic and super stylish… JLO in the wedding planner comes to mind 🤣

But you know what? I can’t do it. Those chic clothes are just too restricting for me. I am an “all hands on deck” event planner when it comes to set up and if another vendor needs help. I’m there. From opening up and carrying tables to lending a hand pouring water at the tables before guests arrive … whatever it takes to get it all ready before anyone sees it. I just can’t do those things in a cute pencil skirt, dress or heels. So … I look like this 🤷🏻‍♀️ Another vendor once proclaimed when she saw me “you’re dressed to work - for real!” And I guess I am.

I treat every wedding and event like it’s my own. It’s special and a day to be cherished, so I try my best to make it perfect for my clients. ❤️

Yesterday was the perfect day for a wedding here in Miami! Our bride created an ultra cool boho style wedding by the water with rentals from @mivintage . Those amazing florals are from @flor.mosura . We can’t wait to get the pictures back from @daniparadaphoto but for now here is a few videos & pictures (check our stories) I was able to take.
