The market has changed! If you were looking at buying in the last 2 years it might have been overwhelming and felt hopeless due to an extreme sellers market. This probably has made you stop looking altogether. I’ve personally noticed a change in that homes aren’t selling as fast and more contingencies are getting accepted by sellers. This is due to a decline in the number of buyers currently looking to buy resulting in less competition and giving serious buyers an actual chance. Wow what an amazing year with you!!!! Thank you for all you have done to love on me and Wesley. From working late hours editing photos to taking care of both me and Wesley when all THREE of us were sick… truly amazing. You continue to amaze me everyday. Just wanted to give a quick appreciation post about how much I love these two. My wife Danielle is the most beautiful soul that god has ever blessed me with! God has also blessed us with a beautiful little boy named Wesley Dean Smith. God has taught me a lot through raising Wesley and even know times can be tough with a toddler I’m reminded daily that he is a huge blessing. I love you both and can’t wait to see what our future holds.

When looking for the right house you absolutely need someone on your side to help watch out for things like these. Fresh paint for example…..you would think that’s a good thing but it could also be hiding water damage or mold.

Wow what an amazing year.
Here is a couple of the homes that I sold this year. These homes stand out to me because they all came with their own problems and challenges. When it comes to appraisals, repairs, financing , these things can give you an extreme migraine. 😂 I wanted to reflect on these homes because they really showed me that with god and hard work all things are possible. These homes shouldn’t of closed but somehow someway God made it happen and I’m very proud to have worked with my clients that now own these beautiful homes.
