With the real estate market on fire and KerkRon Media kicking in high gear, RoneBoy has been away from the kitchen. However, a very special young lady coerced me back on the grill and in the kitchen so that the D.O.E.C. Compliance Department can start their year off right. The meal: 10hr Smoked Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast, Down Home Sausage, RBB (RoneBoy’s Baked Beans), Ruby C’s Potato Salad, Made-from-Scratch Peach Cobbler, & most importantly, “light bread (google it).”
