At the time a reservation is set, a retainer fee will be taken by cash, by credit card, or check.

This retainer fee is deducted from your balance – which is due at the time of delivery, and prior to the equipment being set up. If you have to cancel an event the deposit will not be returned – but instead will be regarded as an in house credit with Mundo de Algodón. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee. Free Delivery in Des Moines Metro.
