I love what I do as a Chef❤... This is never a Job for me, I chose this journey and I won't never stop. I love to cater for people and I love how they feel after not just enjoying a meal but also being pampered and treated like Kings👑 & Queens👑. Always thanking GOD first. I wouldn't be where I am if I didn't pray, stay focused, believe, go hard and cut all negativity out of my life. 🙏

One thing I truly love is Presentation. You got to have Balance, Color, Flavor, Texture, Complexity, Symmetry and Asymmetry.
I made a Caesar Salad with fresh Anchovies, Shaved Parmesan, Toasted Ciabatta Bread, fresh made Ceasar Dressing on a Edible Parmesan Bowl. 🥂🔥 Because everything is fresh made, makes it taste even more OR****IC! 💖

Mmm!!! Made some 🇹🇹Trinidadian Fried Bake & Aloo(Potato) Pie.🥰 If you haven't taste these, you are definitely missing out. And that's just 1% of 🇹🇹Trinidadian tasty food. Once you eat TT food you are hooked FOR LIFE.
