With over 25 years experience cooking wonderful food from all around the world. Longtime traveler and adventurer for the most amazing farms, ranchers and flavors that this bountiful and beautiful Earth has to offer. Restauranteur and Executive Chef born and raised in Gainesville. With a long time stint on the West Coast, most famously chef and farmer for a bay area top 100, holding 3.5 stars from Michael Bauer one of the country's top food critics.
Now back home to establish a long standing dream of Table & Hearth, bringing rustic Floridian fare to my home. Longtime friend of many local farmers and lucky enough to have been the Chef of 9 Swallowtail Farms dinners! My love of sense of place cooking is hopefully reflected in the awesome food I love sharing with all of you!
