We STAN an unproblematic bridal party 😍

Friends - and I have had personal experience with this - PLEASE choose your bridal party wisely. I myself had a bridesmaid ghost me (prior to our 2017 wedding) and to THIS DAY have never heard from her.

I always gently talk my couples through this as gently as I can - this is the biggest day of your life. It is supposed to be happy, joyful, and a fxckig party. No one can enjoy themselves if there is someone there who has to pick apart your decisions, or is jealous of everyone and causes issues bc if it, or instigates irresponsible behavior (looking at you, drunk groomsmen at 11 am)

All I ask is that you pick people who will make your day beautiful, not stressful 🫶🏻

Let me elaborate a bit - one of my top five favorite things is a wood stove in winter. There's nothing cozier. I do enjoy a good snow fall as much as the next person.

But the ice that has been frozen over my yard for 10+ days ... can g**o as soon as possible, pls and thanks. And don't even get me started on the mud that follows.

Anyways - let's all enjoy these beautiful floral installs by .florist at C+A wedding from last June. And pretend I don't have to mop every day for the next week 😜

Hey friends 👋🏻👋🏻

Maybe it's time for a quick intro post ? I'm not sure the last time I did one of these. I'm Erin, and I kind of run this thing > with some fantastic help from several amazing women on my team and my family and friends who support me. I'm a 90s country girl who isn't afraid of hard work and also one of my favorite places is cuddled in front of the wood stove at our cabin doing absolutely nothing 🙃

I've been an ER nurse for almost a decade and some people miss that translation from the ED to a wedding day but I seem to thrive in high stake situations 😅 it also means that [forewarning] you're either gonna hear my opinion from my mouth or my face but either way you won't have to guess 🤷🏼‍♀️ and yes, I do still work this job !!

I'm a wife + mom + entrepreneur (in that order) and a huge fan of alternative desserts, we can skip the cake (sorry cake girlies I'll still try it one time though 😜) catch me in between my babies' nap times and feeding my chickens 🐔

I make the best coffee at home, I have a new hobby every week (hello ) and I'll have your back no matter what 🫶🏻 and you can be sure we're going to have a ball 🕺

Don't forget those detail boxes!! In the hustle and bustle of the perfect day, these small, intimate details can sometimes be overlooked. Pre pack a box filled with these accents so your photographer can capture them all 💜

Things you may want to include:
> jewelry / watches
> perfume / cologne
> extra Save The Dates or Invitation Suites
> small matching ring plate or boxes
> veil / shoes

If you haven't already - we need to start looking at those Getting Ready timelines! (My clients - check your Welcome Guides for the full low down on this stuff)

Things that can affect your HMU timeline (also, the whole day😜)
> # of people getting ready
> bridal suite entry time (do you need to get ready some where else??)
> First Look or no?
> # of stylists you are paying for

While considering these things, please also consider your photography package and whether you value getting ready photos vs dance floor or exit photos if your package doesn't cover the entire day!

I planned my own wedding, and I know the unpredictable often happens.
