All we can do on this earth is love generously and hope that we are given the same in return. None of us are perfect. That is why your wedding vows say for better, or for worse. Scriptures tells us above all love each other deeply because love covers over a multitude of seasons. But, in order to truly love and be loved you must love ALL of someone including their most difficult Truths. And perhaps, especially those Truths. Don’t merely say that you love each other, SHOW it by your actions

I put together these words for a couple of mine this Saturday. Kaylee and Wes. It was a great final wedding of the year for me. I got to stay for the reception with my wife, Mary and enjoy more than just the ceremony:) And reflect some about the year I had while I watched the Schuster and Parker families and friends have a perfect wedding day. Everything we had hoped for them that day happened! Well, if God could have turned the wind down a touch it would have been be perfect! Not complaining God:) And today these words came back to me in another form than what I wanted for Kaylee and Wes. And that was what these words mean about your closest friends. Your closest friends that become your family in life are the ones that will deal with your most difficult truths and help you through them. Your friends that are only around when you are easy to be around aren’t your closest. Those are your friend’s that pretend, talk behind your back and use you to their advantage. Im blessed to have friends that will be with me through my difficult truths and I will try and work on making them not as difficult for me and them.
