Grad season. It’s over. So many wonderful things come with owning a successful business but it can be really hard too. This year grad season was hard on me. I’m not gonna lie. I’m so grateful for the blessing of a blooming business, but it’s been hard and I desperately need a break. I even messed up two client’s orders today. TWO.  Broken equipment and weather played a big part, but still.
As I sit here and wallow in my self-pity this afternoon, sweaty and fighting a tension headache, I’m also thinking about all the amazing things that I GET to be a part of.
I’m the freaking balloon lady!
Today I dropped off balloons for the little girl I nannied for starting at two months old- she graduated high school 🥹
Litlle kids literally squeal as I come in the door.
The decorations that I drop off are a big part of a bride-to-be feeling absolutely spoiled with love on her special days.
Sometimes I get to find out the gender of someone’s baby before they even do!
I get to be a part of some of the best days of peoples lives every single weekend. 
I swear I even soak up a little bit of their joy each time I bring people’s dreams to life in latex (I should coin that-that’s a good one).
God is good and now I rest

At least until next weekend.
