10th Letter Media is owned and operated by Julian and Addy, a husband and wife team. Our company had its origins a long, long time ago, when Julian first picked up a video camera. From there, a love for anything film was sparked, and that spark, along with the beckoning of salty air and ocean breezes, led the Orange, CA native to Hawaii, where he attended the University of Hawaii’s Academy for Creative Media. After graduating from the university, Julian learned more about cinematography techniques and storytelling, and graduated with a degree in Film Production and Narrative Storytelling. Oh, and that’s where he met Addy, a country girl from Kauai who was also studying Business Marketing at the university.
In 2009, the pair headed down the aisle for their own wedding. Then, 10th Letter Media was born. The newlyweds took their love for weddings, Julian’s expertise in videography and story-telling, and Addy’s business degree and graphic design background to create their very own wedding cinematography company that reflected a fun, fresh, whimsical style.
