Vanilla Chai with Carrot 🤍🤍🤍

For each tasting package menu, I develop a custom creation to slice and share as a free surprise.

This 8” three-layer features layers of Carrot Cake, Italian Ricotta Cheesecake, and Vanilla Chai, with vanilla cream cheese and a swirl of dulce de leche caramel. The crumb is sealed in white chocolate ganache, and covered in a thin layer of textured vanilla buttercream with strategically placed preserved skeleton leaf petals.

This 6” three-layer has Chocolate Cherry Chip, italian ricotta cheesecake with cherries, and Flourless Chocolate cake with cherries soaked-in, and fillings of chocolate ganache and Dutch chocolate buttercream, all sealed in chocolate ganache and covered in cherry whipped cream with vanilla whipped cream piping.

there was some happy & heavy lifting this weekend!

for Victoria and Nemo at , last night, we catered:
+ 4 three-layer sheet cakes
+ a 6” two-layer cutting cake
+ custom dessert table spread with 400+ servings

CAKE DETAILS:
🤍 first two of 4 sheet cakes had cake layers of Carrot, Churro, and Cookies & Cream with a whole Oreo cookie crust, and fillings of cookies & cream and cinnamon-vanilla buttercream

🤍 second 2 of 4 sheet cakes had Red Velvet, Marble, and German Chocolate Cake, with fillings of chocolate buttercream and vanilla cream cheese frosting

🤍 cutting cake was Carrot and Cookies & Cream with a whole Oreo cookie crust

All cakes were crumb-sealed in white chocolate ganache and covered in vintage-style buttercream piping.

Nikko’s b-day cake ❤️

DETAILS:
6” two-layer, top cake is Dutch Chocolate with vanilla Marble, bottom cake is Vanilla Velvet with chocolate Marble, filled with egg-free chocolate chip cookie dough. I sealed the crumb in dark chocolate ganache, covered in a thin layer of smooth vanilla buttercream, strategically-placed giant jimmy sprinkles on the side, big confetti sprinkles over the top ganache pool, and vanilla-chocolate buttercream piping at the top for candles. This was all about the love and joy in celebrating this amazing kid (my son) and his last official year of childhood.
