Please pass this along to friends or family members with children! (They do not have to be signed with HT) Thanks!
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED one of the many times, thank you!! PLEASE SEND AGAIN- the client would like to see updated information on all children submitted in past.
EMAIL ONE, CLEAR - STRAIGHT FORWARD PHOTO of your baby WITH THE DETAILS LISTED BELOW to [email protected] by WEDNESDAY MARCH 2ND @ 5PM EST.
**Please be advised: Please DO NOT send more than one photo. Sending more than 1 photo will not increase the chance for booking. Please follow instructions, thank you**
(Follow ALL instructions otherwise, he/she will not be submitted):
1.) ONE Clear Snapshot of child facing camera - you can use your cell camera
a. **Absolutely NO hats, bows on head or food on face**
b. Sit or Stand child in front of a wall and take a photo so client will receive a clear photo when submitted.
2.) PLEASE Label the photo attachment with child's name. (For example sarahsmith.jpeg)
3.) Child's FULL Legal Name, DOB, Height & Weight
4.) Child's Clothing (tops and pants) AND Shoe Size
5.) Parent's Name and Phone # - very important (have to have if child is booked!)
IF YOUR BABY IS SELECTED YOU WILL BE CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY!
Shoot Date is TBD.
Shoot is in Miamisburg, OHIO
Payment - $75.00 per hour + $300.00 Usage (minus our agency fee)
Hotel and travel accommodations are not paid for so please do not submit if from over 2-3 hour drive
