MiMi Phat

This is a dream, I've had for many years. When I was a child I watched my grandmother prepare many meals. I began cooking with her at an early age. After high school I went on to

college to obtain a degree in business. The joy of cooking has always been a pleasure for me. I believe it's my destiny to serve people the foods I've grown to love. My family and friends enjoy the foods we, my daughters and I prepare. On any given Sunday you can find the family and friends gathering at our house for dinner. Collard greens, corn bread, candied yam, turkey wings, fried chicken and so many other wonderful dishes it pleasures me to prepare. I believe event planning and catering is my calling, I've been guided to reach out to people of all ethnicity, show love and share good food along with my creativity in planning events. I believe the sharing of food can bring people together in a wonderful way as we reach for my destiny. The joy of cooking is a talent that I believe comes from God. To improve that talent you must have the wisdom and understanding of people, you must show patience, you must show kindness and you must be willing to put in the work. Never be afraid to try new and different things. Integrity is something I pride myself on, being honest and upright at all times, to show good will to every one, every day.
