Day 2 of our client’s 4 day corporate retreat was located at the resort’s Orchard Lawn and was transformed into a soulful sanctuary where the heritage of the Ojai Valley Inn meets the spirited energy of American Bluegrass. The theme concept was rustic and Bohemian and featured decor elements such as juke, rugs, poufs, picnic tables, rustic communal tables, fire pits and TeePee day beds to lounge on under the stars. The evening dinner included an elaborate barbecue buffet and craft cocktails served from a vintage airstream trailer. The evening was capped off with the acoustic melodies of a Bluegrass band featuring one of their own company coworkers. Set against the backdrop of the Topatopa Mountains, this event space was designed for ultimate relaxation and connection by blending rustic charm with free-spirited luxury.

We are always excited for the opportunity to design an event that transforms the space, and then there are those events where we are humbled to work at a property where every space is completely transformative. The Farmhouse Kitchen & Library at Ojai Valley Inn was the setting for event 1 of 4 for our client’s annual Top Producers and Sales Celebration incentive program featuring a DIY Bloom Bar, lighted marquee letters and rustic farm tables with elegantly mismatched wooden chairs and vintage water glasses in different colors. As always, IEI was honored by this opportunity.

“Step right up” and step in to Florida Carnival where classic carnival nostalgia meets the technicolor tropics of Florida, featuring carnival decor and entertainment reimagined with a tropical twist. Guests encountered whimsical experiences around every turn including The Midway lined with distorted fun mirrors and classic carnival games, The Pink Pop Up Souvenir Shop filled with custom merch and our Classic Circus Photo station where they could commemorate the evening.

IEI recently amped up the fun factor with a carnival themed welcome reception for our Florida based client. Guests stepped into an immersive experience where the vintage charm of a classic fairground meets the high-energy, sun-drenched spirit of the Sunshine State. This Florida Carnival corporate event transformed a traditional hotel ballroom into a kaleidoscopic tropical midway complete with carnival games, stilt walker, juggler, aerial acrobat and a retro carnival themed photo station.
