What better way to close out our client’s successful 4 day (4 event) incentive program than dancing silently into the sunset? Guests were literally dancing to the beat of their own drummer while listening to 3
channels of different music genres while wearing Silent Disco headphones. This crowd definitely understood the meaning of “Dance like know one is watching” and “Sing like no one’s listening”.

As we close out the final night of our client’s Sales Celebration at the stunning Terranea Resort, it is only fitting that the theme design is symbolic of the iconic sunsets that SoCal is known for. As the sun dips below the horizon, guests were welcomed to an “Endless Summer” closing night dinner where the vibrant hues of a California sunset filled the room with the walls washed in a breathtaking gradient of bright pink and tables dressed in rich orange linens and lighted orb centerpieces in golden yellow evoking the warm glow of the setting sun.

We were stoked to create this rad space where dudes and dudettes could step back in time and soak up groovy vibes at this vintage 1970s California beach scene bathed in the warm Pink and Orange hues of a classic West Coast sunset. This incentive program takes place in 2 waves for 2 different groups allowing IEI to design and produce 4 events in 4 days. This event is event 3 of 4.

IEI was excited to produce this “Hamptons En Blanc” themed closing night dinner for our client’s Top Producers. This event was about providing the guests with a truly unique and memorable setting to celebrate their accomplishments and foster networking using the same ballroom as the night before but with an entirely different experience. The setting for our client’s Welcome Reception was Seaside Sophistication in the Hamptons but the weather was iconic Southern California. The look featured a color palette of crisp whites, sandy beige and accents of navy blue which set the tone for an evening of relaxed vibes and coastal luxury. This incentive program takes place in 2 waves for 2 different groups requiring IEI to design and produce 4 events in 4 days. This event is event 1 of 4.

We were tickled pink to create a laid back, Margaritaville themed Casino in Paradise vibe for our client’s recent welcome reception. It was a night with no stress, no dress code and no shortage of Margaritas, lime and salt.
