Happy Halloween! Do you want a balloon? 🎈 Pennywise took a lot to make- A lot of balloons where used close to 500 (I will post exact amount in the next week) took 1hour to logistically design - took 1 1/2 hours of inflating and 1 hour to build - WORTHIT! And the garland is 30 linear feet bunched up!
