Planning a wedding can be the most fun, most exciting (and a bit overwhelming!) experience of your life. Professional wedding and event planners are not just for the large budget weddings -- any wedding or event will benefit from the experience of a professional planner. Since your wedding day is the most exciting (and expensive!) day you will ever have, a professional wedding planner can easily b

e the most valuable vendor you hire. When considering hiring a professional wedding planner, realize that the average wedding today is budgeted at $35,000 (and up!) and takes approximately 250 hours to organize. That includes all research, interviewing and visiting multiple vendors, event room layouts, overnight guest rooms, transportation, all communication including but not limited to website design, invitation suites, and es**rt cards....just to name a few. If you don’t think you have enough time to dedicate to planning your dream wedding, then you need help…you need a personal assistant and hands-on guide through the process. In addition to all the planning work with you leading up to your wedding day, the day of your wedding is the most important day we spend with you. We are the first to arrive and the very last to leave. We are very involved with you, your guests and your vendors. We also operate in the background on your Wedding Day taking care of items you will never know about (remember Jennifer Lopez giving the best man the toast in the movie 'The Wedding Planner?). that a service person tripped on the runner 2 hours before the ceremony accidentally putting a 2 foot rip in the runner. We fixed it before they saw it and no one ever knew.
. . that the church door hydraulics were not working and the door was slamming shut. We caught it every time it opened/closed during the ceremony and no one ever knew.
. .that a table centerpiece was broken before the reception room doors opened. We pulled the florist back into the ballroom, it was replaced and no one ever knew.
