Blackberry grilled chicken salad with blackberry vinaigrette. Delish! And we have a few servings of the Shark Bites (haddock) left. And the favorite of the day has been our Crack chicken burger! Ground chicken with ranch seasoning, bacon and cheddar cheese made into a 1/4lb patty with a grilled hamburger roll. Served with French fries and Hawaiian coleslaw. So so good!

We will be at Two Rivers Campground tonight and tomorrow! In honor of National French Fries day, we’re going to put our Loaded Pulled Pork French Fries on special tonight! Get our fresh cut, double fried French fries with our slow cooked pulled pork, homemade bbq sauce, cheese, and Hawaiian coleslaw with a drink for $15!
So many of our customers love these. You will too!
Two Rivers has kindly said that you don’t have to be staying at the campground to come and enjoy our food! Also, tomorrow is their Elvis night. Come check it out!

Today’s lunch special is our Pickle Smashburger! (My Sister’s favorite!) So so good. We sell out every time we have it!
$10 for the 5oz burger with Secret Pickle Smash Sauce and Cheese! $15 with fries, our almost famous Hawaiian coleslaw, and a drink.

If I have to be up with the rooster I might as well be working, right?

My husband serving thinks breakfast is a bad idea. Prove my husband wrong and show up tomorrow for some fresh breakfast bowls! We will have hashbrown, sausage, egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast bowls. They’re Gluten free, hearty, and delicious! We’ll also be making sausage, egg, and cheese or bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin sandwiches. And, I will also be serving up some blueberry breakfast cake while it lasts’

Unwined- Skowhegan has graciously allowed us to park there for breakfast and lunch tomorrow. See everyone tomorrow!

We were honored to be the food truck of choice for the RR-NARC-2024-Maine from
June 15-22nd. Pretty awesome that Maine got to host this event! I believe 37 states and two countries were represented at this championship. So awesome for Maine’s economy.
Thank you to Brian and Peggy, Mike Coutu, and David Mosher and Marion for having us at your beautiful properties. We appreciate it so much.
Cody Nelson and I had a lot of fun serving all of the participants and workers. We learned a lot about the event and got to meet some great people from all across the country!
I didn’t get photos of lobster rolls and smash burgers, or our crack chicken burgers, strawberry rhubarb bars, pumpkin crisp, lemon blueberry cake, or of the trailer at each location because we were so busy. They kept us on our toes which we like!

Thank you all for your patronage. We hope to be able to serve all of you again sometime.
Special thank you to Kelly, Molly, Sue, Lolly, and Carol for helping out, and my husband Carlton as always for his expertise and servicing the trailer at 11pm in the middle of nowhere! And David Quint for fixing the broken propane lines. Teamwork makes the dream work! And Cody, you really got a taste of hard work and long hours last week! Nice job keeping up with this old lady!

Hey everyone! We’ll be parked at 8 Dr. Mann Road Skowhegan right at Chestnut Auto tomorrow am for the 10 Mile Yard Sale!
We’ll be serving breakfast starting around 7am! Sausage or bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. Eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. Pancakes. Maybe even some French toast sticks! Coffee will also be available.
Come see us and fuel up your belly before hitting all of those awesome sales! I’ll post the menu soon!

Sorry that I forgot that I needed a kids menu for tonight!!

Also, sorry but the meatballs are already sold out! Someone called and asked for them all ahead of time. 😞

I do have two whole lasagnas to sell. One traditional 3 meat lasagna and a chicken Caesar lasagna that feeds 9-12 each. Special $30 each. Delicious! You just need to reheat in the oven or microwave individual servings…

As part of Founders Weekend, MCI will be hosting a Founders Carnival on front campus this Saturday, May 4th from 11am - 2pm! Sponsored by the MCI Alumni Association (Maine Central Institute), there will be fun for the whole family including a variety of different inflatable and carnival games. Tara-bly Good Catering will be on campus with food for purchase, so stop on by and bring your family this Saturday for the Founders Carnival!

It is that time folks!
This will be MAY 6th at Redington Fairview Hospital. Cinco De Mayo Menu, one day later!
We will be there for lunch, close for a couple hours to restock, and be open for dinner.

Homemade salsa, fresh cut french fries with delicious Birria beef, cheese, salsa and sour cream, Birria enchiladas, my almost famous mac and cheese with chicken and Mexican spices.... Just some of the offerings for Monday! This will be our opening day in Skowhegan! Come see us!! We can't wait!! Don't miss it. You won't have any of these items anywhere in the area. Especially the Margarita Punch. (sorry, it's alcohol free, but you Almost wouldn't know it!!!

The food trailer is out of hibernation and will be on the road soon. As always, we will have our “core menu” with specials added weekly.
But I want to hear from You what we should add to our regular menu!
Would love suggestions on what we need around here or maybe something you’ve had of ours that you think we should feature on the trailer!

You would have been 82 on Saturday. We miss you so much. You were the glue to this family and it’s just never ever going to be the same.
We’ll be getting the food trailer on the road and honoring you every day by putting love into every single thing we make. I’ll try to make you proud, Mom! I know you wouldn’t love having your face and handwriting on the trailer plastered all over the state. But it’s what I had to do to feel close to you! After all, you gave me my start in the business nearly 40 years ago!
