We are so excited to introduce another fabulous member of our team…say hello to Gaby! Gaby joined the Shine Events team last summer and has been such an amazing addition. She is continually looking for ways to improve our processes and organize the back end of our computer systems.

As an Associate Lead Planner, she works with our Partial Planning and Month-Of clients and assists Jessica with computer admin work on the back end.

She and he husband also just welcomed their first baby girl this past spring!!

One of the best parts about having taken this journey in the wedding industry is the people I have met along the way. And one of my most favorite is this amazing lady. Lauren has been by my side at Shine Events since 2017 and I am endlessly grateful. Most people don’t get the pleasure of meeting her until the wedding day, but she is our lead assistant planner overseeing all the setup and install details while I am moving between all the locations and checking in on our lovely couple and their bridal parties and family. She manages the team onsite and makes sure all the details have been executed perfectly.

Her leadership and experience are a vital component to our success as a team…and I trust her explicitly. Friends and teammates like her are one in a million.

As we head into a new wedding season, it’s a good time to start introducing our team and putting some faces to emails.

For the new friends around here, I’m Jessica, the owner and lead planner of the Shine Events team. I’ve been designing, planning and producing weddings for over 14 years. I’m a former athlete, wife to and mom to three teens/preteen (ages 11, 14 & 16…pray for me 😆).

My goal is to prioritize the wedding planning experience for our clients over a high volume of weddings for our books. I believe in a curated process of selecting creative partners who are the right fit for your budget, style and personality. Planning a wedding is a highly personalized process and building a connection with our clients that allows for them to relax and enjoy the experience is our number one priority.

I am so excited to introduce you to the rest of our team over the coming days.
