Leslee Miller is a dually certified Sommelier through the International Sommelier Guild and the Court of Master Sommeliers. She is the sole owner of Amusée (www.amuseewine.com) and Sip Better (a national wine club .com) based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her energizing personality and great passion for wine and food are evident in her work with friends and customers. After having spent tim

e in the Pacific Northwest, working as director to Archery Summit Winery in Oregon and Board of Directors Member for sister winery, Pine Ridge of Napa ~ Leslee has returned to her Midwest roots, yet continues to work across the globe. With a background in hospitality, her services include: consulting & staff training for restaurants, international winery consulting, personal wine buying, commercial and residential cellar management, wine writing, corporate & private event planning, wine education classes and private in-home wine tasting parties.

Together with my extraordinary cheese gal pal Ms — we created one of the most beautiful cheese + charcuterie/wine pairing classes for our guests last night.

No. Not cheeses from Trader Joe’s and not cubed cheddar and packeted salami — when you hire the pros you get the best!

* Gorgeous small independent cheese makers
* Stunning selections from real charcutiers
* Delightful small Intl. family owned wineries

💃💃 And two passionately certified cheese + wine professionals who have been teaching the subject together for almost 15yrs.

🎡Well, I def crushed DAY 1 at the !

+ 14 hours at the Fair — yesss!
+ A million calories consumed
+ Oodles of calories burned walking the fairway
+ A handful a awesome media interviews 🙌🏻 from 1st at the gate — 6pm hour
+ Watched the sun come up
+ Had pronto pups for breakfast
+ Conquered all of the wine based drinks for my run down on tomorrow’s
+ Survived the rain
+ Ate donuts 2 ways — soft + squishy (Peachy’s) to my 1st bite every year (Tom Thumbs)
+ Obsessed over deep fried ranch
+ Savored pickles 2 ways — fried + rolled in cream cheese, wrapped in pastrami
+ Tried creamy boozy milkshakes
+ Hung out with my fave gals
+ Hugged my favorite Cookie Queen
+ Gave my favorite Senator a (pretend) high five
+ And saw the sun go down 🌅

What a day!
And to do it all over again tomorrow 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
