👐🏻Time to cook with Chef Ben👐🏻
Ben is sharing how to make a crazy easy (and delicious) Cranberry Relish that’s a must on his Thanksgiving table (and on his turkey sandwiches the next day 🦃🦃)
This takes minutes to make and can (and should!) be done ahead🙌🏻
1 bag fresh cranberries, washed and picked through
1 navel orange, washed and chopped (leave skin on)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Mejool dates, pitted and rough chopped
pinch of salt
juice of half a lemon
Place all the ingredients in your food processor and process until smooth (or until no large chunks remain).
Refrigerate overnight and serve.
The relish may be stored, covered, in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Next Saturday is Discover West Concord Day and the team will have some Oktoberfest-inspired specials (think schnitzel & bratwurst) which happen to pair perfectly with the new kolsch-style beer. Prost! 🍻
