👋 hello! After taking time to rest, reflect, fall apart (you know the chill stuff), I feel a bit lighter and can sense a wave of collective, chaotic and creative energy on the horizon. (Pluto moving into Aquarius + Sun into aqua on THE SAME DAY! tomorrow Jan 20) Being a Capricorn rising with my Sun, Venus, Mercury and Jupiter in Aquarius all in my first house, I feel this intertidal quite a bit these days. Laugh crying and all. Fortunate to have these material experiences like taking a shower and making a flower. 😉………………………………………………Thank you for being here, interacting and continuing to share. I have some fun things happening in the studio and a February ❤️💐💕pop-up that has me really excited, I’ll share more later. Enthusiasm and curiosity are some of my favorite tools for living a creatively abundant life (aka not suffering.) Do you have any secrets that keep your flame burning? ………………………………..🌸Ranunculus paper flower made using coffee filter paper hand dyed with alcohol inks. The reason I use this paper for only this flower is that it gives you a smooth, delicate look and you can add many layers without the flower becoming too heavy and bulky. Along with the way the coffee filter paper holds the ink, it offers you something alternative to crepe paper. You can blend using 91% iso to achieve desirable results that will yield flowers with many noticeable color shifts. I like the subtly and simplicity of this paper and that it’s found everywhere. 🌸…………………………………………………….#paperflower #paperflowers #paperflorist #paperpetaler #paperpetals #paperflowerdecor #paperflowerbouquet #howitsmade #onmytable #smoothlikebutter #ranunculus #ranunculusflower #ranunculuslove #detroitlove #madewithpaper #paperartist #handmadeflowers
