Just a Floret Flower Farm dahlia doing what it does. This baby was started from seed 2 years ago 😊.

As I work in the yard and garden today I am praying for our relatives, friends and all who are in the path of this next hurricane. Seems silly to add pretty floral photos to a feed when there has been so much devastation in our world as of late. So many friends, family and amazing others affected. As I work, I pray and praise and am thankful for the little things, the big sacrifices and the miracles that happen along the way in our big, wide world.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of providing flowers for two very special couples with completely different visions for their wedding day. Both events were amazing and it was so enjoyable to be a part of such an important day for these couples and their incredible families.

It was an absolute pleasure being a part of Bri & Theo's very special day. I'd known the family since our middle daughter was in kindergarten. So many special personal touches were incorporated in this perfectly family intimate day!

You know it has been a busy summer if you live on a lake and didn't even get the boat in the water for the 2024 season!

I've been pretty quiet on the sm front, but that doesn't mean we've been mia in life! Wedding work, the huge house remodel & family time has kept us hopping. Floral orders are submitted for the next 4 September weddings and I'm looking forward to each of them. They are all so different and fun.

This fun arbor display was for Lindsay and Brandon's wedding at Something Blue Berry Wedding Barn . Looking forward to seeing the professional photos 📸!

Sunset colors dream come true!

Being a part of Sammie and Daniel's wedding was an absolute joy. Sam has the sweetest heart and it was so much fun getting to know her a little better thru our floral process. Both families gained an amazing family member this past weekend. Congratulations!

Back to flowers, the dahlias from Hudsonville Dahlia Farm were perfect and blooms from Angie at Kennicott Grand Rapids are always top notch and stunning. I couldn't do what I do without her!~ My only regret on this one was not taking more behind the scenes photos before delivering. Can't wait to see the pro photos start rolling in!~

Received this photo and the sweetest note from one of our 2023 brides, Alexa....

"I had to show you that I took your advice to save the seeds from my flower bouquet and now I get to enjoy my bouquet again Thank you."

How cool is that? When I noticed that the stunning celosia was sharing seeds, I had to share the seed saving tip. Love that Alexa actually did it and shared the results with me!~
