Thrilled to work with amazing brands like . With this service we faced some unique challenges: no on site power, limited space, high volume service, and a need for an artisan touch. We love creatively solving logistical issues like this so here’s what we did: made cold brew and batch brew off site. We also boiled our water off site and completely recalibrated our pour over recipe to work with a lower water temperature. We switched to unique brew devices and figured out a work flow all of which would decrease our heat loss and allow us to brew great pour overs, serve high volume hot and cold drinks, and have 2-3 baristas working on separate sides of the service table to help Mountain Hardwear stay within budget yet fulfill their vision of coffee service for this event.
