Hello! We have several new followers so a quick reintroduction is in order!
I am Misty Oberhauser and the owner of country mile catering. My oldest daughter got married this weekend so thats me in the tan dress 🙂.
Our primary gig is catering for all events but I think our most frequent are weddings and funerals.
When time allows we serve lunch on Mondays in Genoa and have preorder freezer meals every other week with Thursday pickup and a family sized drive thru dinner every other Wednesday. Below is the meal we are having tonight for our drive thru dinner.
My husband Tim is a regular weekend helper and my son in law Ethan is a regular employee for our weekday events. Bailey & Alex & Shelbi & Jake and Jenna pitch in when necessary! My son Conner attends school at Stanford in CA so we enjoy the few times a year we get to see him!
