You want an unplugged wedding ceremony and want people to refrain from sharing images to social media. But how do you make this known in an effective way?

Telling your guests you’d prefer to keep ceremony photos off social media is all about setting expectations early and framing the request in a way that feels thoughtful and positive. Here’s our tips:

👉🏽 Include a Note on Your Invitations or Website
“We kindly ask that ceremony photos remain private so we can share these special moments our way. Thank you for understanding and being part of our day!”

👉🏽 Use Signage at the Venue
Place a stylish sign at the entrance to the ceremony that gently reminds guests of your wishes. For example:
"Welcome to our unplugged ceremony! We’re so excited to share these moments with you! Please help us keep our ceremony private by saving photos for after we’ve had a chance to share them ourselves.”

We aren't going to lie - we love when you bring your pet's into your celebration. 100% chance we will ask to pet your dog and try to be it's friend.

Want to include your pet but not sure how? Here's a few ideas! 🐾

1️⃣ Wedding Party Member: Let your pet shine as a ring bearer, flower dog, or honorary bridesmaid or groomsman. Dress them up with a cute bowtie, floral collar, or bandana to match your wedding colors. 💐🎀

2️⃣ Pre-Wedding Photos: Capture candid, heartwarming moments with your furry friend before the ceremony.

3️⃣ Signature Cocktails: Name a signature drink after your pet, like “The Daisy Spritz” or “Whiskers’ Old Fashioned.” Add a custom illustration of your pet to the menu for an extra special touch! 🍹🐾

4️⃣ Ceremony Decor: Incorporate pet-inspired elements into your decor, such as custom signage, chalk wall, cake toppers, or a special seat reserved just for them. 🪧🐶

Are late night snacks a must for your event?

We are seeing more couples bringing this fun, unique twist to their events. From pretzel walls to pizza from their favorite local joint, bringing in a late night snack is a great way to focus on your guest's experience.

Tip: Snacks like pretzels are great because they are an easy "to go" option at the end of the night. Think about it: how many times after a night of dancing and drinks do you want a snack?

TREND ALERT: Trends are just that, trends. So it's okay if this isn't your style. But we are seeing more couples skip the traditional wedding party and focus on just the two of them. Or, instead of having the wedding party stand next to you during the ceremony, they take a seat.
