Born and raised throughout the south (from Georgia, Alabama to Florida), my granny toted me by her side to all of her invited events! Growing up I had the opportunity to experience all types of events from sorority functions, church banquets, galas, weddings and yes, even pokeno board game tournaments! I went from attending these events, to incorporating a true southern essence in events of my ver

y own as a young child. As I became older, I realized that making events special was more than a passion for me, it was the God given talent He placed in my heart! I named my business “Touched by a Rose (TBAR) Events” after my Granny. Her kind-hearted, sincere and unrelenting love, is the inspiration for how I coordinate my events; and her middle name “Rosebud” is permanently infused into the moniker of my company. At TBAR, there is no event too big or too small! From weddings to backyard barbeques, TBAR will raise the bar for you by providing high quality events on any budget with a goal of creating lasting memories. Allow TBAR to assist you in various stages of event planning such as theme development, vendor selection, day-of coordination, or let us design your wedding florals or themed cookie buffet. We love working with parents for graduation!

Most of the time parents are not sure exactly what they want for their child’s celebration! At TBAR we talk through concepts of what the actual step and repeat/backdrop will look like and then we work with our design company to make it happen!

The United Partners for Human Services annual conference at the FSU Student Union was a celebration of the power of collective impact. TBAR was proud to be a part of this inspiring event by providing event consultation, table linens, peace lilies, and balloons.

In partnership with UPHS we have provided scholarships totaling over $5,000. TBAR demonstrated its dedication to fueling the success of local non profit organizations and sparking positive change in the community.

This year, TBAR will continue to support two additional UPHS organizations through the same scholarship program.

FSU College of Law Celebrated their Spring Graduation on Cinco De Mayo and choose that color palette with a little sprinkle of Garent and Gold!

This was a 3 hour on site job with 5 team members and a 4 hour worth of prep work!

The Junior League of Tallahassee is hands down absolutely an amazing organization! On yesterday my company had the privilege in working with them for their “Done in a Day” community service in partnership with Safe Families for Children North Florida.

They are some amazing florist and balloon artist! And just great human beings!

Hello to all of my TBAR Family! 10 years ago today my sweet Rosebud left to go be with our Heavenly Father. Although she has left us - her legacy and love continues to blossom everyday through Touched by a Rose - Events by Brittney! From every single arrangment that we do to the events we put on- it is done in her love! And to think we are still in the year of celebrating our 10th Business Anniversary is amazing!
