East~West Catering is a full service company specializing in serving global cuisine throughout the Big Island of Hawaii. We will guide you along each step of the way, meet with you before your retreat or event, and coordinate everything with you. We'll handle all the details so you, your family and guests can enjoy every special moment.

Five Star Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you are renting a house on the Big Island, this is the way to go! Chef Jeremy and Leeana were amazing. For a fun special treat on our multi family vacation, we wanted a private chef to come cook for us. East-West Catering/Hawaii Chef made it happen!

They were prompt to respond to an email, helped select a great meal, arrived on time to cook for us, great company to talk with in the kitchen, served beautifully prepared appetizers and dinner, and cleaned the kitchen spotless.

All the food was absolutely wonderful!! And of course, we had plenty of leftovers to eat the next day. Three days later, we did their Meal Delivery. It was so nice to come back from a day at the beach and know we had dinner prepped and ready to heat up. Everyone love it!!

Hawaii Chef was great to make accommodation for food allergies and mild kid palates. Highly recommend!

🌟Review Time! 🌟

I reached out to East-West several days before Christmas 2021 to provide a special meal for the 6 family members who were visiting Hawaii for Christmas. In spite of how busy the season was, Leeana responded to me within a day or two and seamlessly coordinated a great meal for the holiday!

We worked with Chef Jeremy and Leanna two nights in a row on our vacation. The first night Chef and his team prepared and served a massive family dinner for 21 at our vacation rental. Everything was super delicious, fresh, unique, and well prepared and seasoned. They made three generations, including young kids, so happy with their food. The entree for the kids was a hit with the adults too! The team was super flexible, adjusting the service cadence based on how the evening was going. The fish course in particular was unlike anything I've had before, and I appreciated how Chef seeks out local and sustainable sources for his seafood and other product.

For Thanksgiving, Chef and Leanna dropped off a Hawaiian feast that was incredible! And so much food! My son wanted us to bring the last of the leftover pork home on the plane!

For both meals, Chef and team were punctual, gracious, did a nice job explaining the food and answering questions. They were also really responsive leading up to the meals, answering questions via email, and Chef even took time out from his vacation to talk about menu options, given the size of our group and wide age range. Lastly, they left the kitchen super clean as well. Everything about our experience with them was first rate, and it only added to our vacation. No added stress or anything. It was particularly nice to work with such a great team during covid restrictions, as going to a restaurant with such a big group would have been tough if not impossible.

I will for sure look to work with East-West Catering again on a future trip, and would highly recommend them. Mahalo again Chef and Leanna!

"Leeana and Jeremy are the BEST. We had them cater our wedding and got so many compliments on the food. They gave us an unlimited array of delicious options to choose from and each dish really knocked it out of the park.

They truly made the best desserts I had ever tasted in my life!! I cannot recommend them highly enough for parties and events. You will not be disappointed."

⭐⭐A Review from our Past Client⭐⭐⭐

"Jeremy & Leeana were a joy to work with. Our church had a marriage course that celebrated it's completion with a valentine's dinner. We originally had another caterer who for personal reasons had to cancel at the last minute...East-West catering came to the rescue providing a great menu, working through the layout of the foodservice as the kitchen was on a lower level and working with a team of volunteers.

We were able to serve while being vigilante of covid concerns. The food was "delicious" and more than we could consume! Jeremy took care of our volunteer wait-staff as well something unexpected but very grateful for. I would highly recommend them for your catering needs...in fact, we will probably use them again!" Our style is globally inspired world class cuisines with an ethnic flare. We enjoy using Hawaii grass fed meats and sustainable seafood, organically grown veggies and herbs from local farms. Chef Jeremy creates customized menus and unique to each group or individual/client. Our cuisine is delicious, beautiful, nourishing, and creative.

Chef Jeremy provides personal chef, event catering, and retreat services based on Island of Hawaii, its outer Islands, and California.
