It’s always so rewarding to see weeks of planning executed! Here are a few pictures from this past weekends bridal shower I had the opportunity to plan. Don’t get me wrong, I love going to larger venues for events, but a shower at someone’s home always feels so welcoming!

Should you be reserving tables if you do not have a seating chart? This is a question I ask at all of my client meetings and something that I will encourage if they have not considered it yet.
I recommend having reserved seating for family and wedding party at the reception because after the ceremony they will take pictures instead of heading directly into the reception. Reserving tables ensures they won't have to hunt for seats after wrapping up all the photos.
Likewise, if the couple isn't having a private dinner, I suggest they have a separate sweetheart table or ensure there is seating at one of the reserved tables for them.

Its been just over a month since Sarah and Daniel’s dreamy day. I’ve known Sarah for years and getting to see her marry the love of her life was so special. Both her and Daniel have such amazing families and their wedding was filled with love and fun. Some of my favorite details from their day were:
•the pickle bar (obviously)
• custom drink cups with their duogram
• canvas pictures with their engagement photos
• them playing the shoe game
• Alllll the gorgeous flowers

Gray Designs and Events set up this super fun birthday party this morning. I loved getting to flex my creativity and even tried something new for our arches. You can now order a custom banner to go on the arch rentals! This means that you don’t have to have to hang anything at all on your wall if you don’t want to. The small arch cover is hand painted and can be made to fit either of the arches with any design.

Wedding week is here for Sarah and Daniel! When I tell you guys it was SO HARD for me to decide on a picture to post of these two.
