As a private chef and food manufacturer based in Los Angeles in the early to mid 2000's, David Solesbee found himself being referred to his clients' friends and colleagues with increasing frequency. Belle Fete, in essence, was created organically...David realized there was a growing market for fresh, high-quality catering matched equally with top-notch service and also creative and beautiful prese
ntation. While many caterers excelled at one or two of these talents, very few were masters of all three. David has been a well-known, creative force in every facet of the catering, specialty, high-end event planning / production, and food manufacturing business for over 15 years. David and the talented Belle Fête team have collectively organized, planned and participated in hundreds of successful and memorable events, including large-scale productions involving coordination of multiple vendors (i.e., staffing, rentals, lighting, décor, security, valet, and tenting). David was also the co-founder and managing partner of Heaven's Bistro, Inc., a food manufacturing company that produced super-premium, low-fat frozen pizzas. Heaven's Bistro BBQ Chicken Pizza, which David himself created, was rated the "Best Healthy Frozen Pizza" on the market in the June 2006 issue of Men's Health Magazine. Heaven's Bistro has also been featured on The Food Network, NBC, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, The Washington Post, and many other prestigious networks.
