The Full Hunter’s Moon in October is a captivating event, traditionally linked to hunting in preparation for winter. As the first full moon after the Harvest Moon, it appears bright and large in the sky, providing extra light for hunters and farmers. This moon gets its name from the Native American tradition of using its glow to hunt animals, as the fields had been cleared after the harvest. The Full Hunter’s Moon often carries a mystical atmosphere, marking a transition into the colder months and symbolizing preparation, reflection, and change.
