I also create unique and original ceremonies for baby blessings, vow renewals, and funeral and memorial services.

Had a new experience this weekend at a celebration of life in Hollywood Florida. The man being honored had loved holidays, especially 4th of July, and especially the fireworks. So as a special gesture the family ended the ceremony with fireworks----which contained his ashes put into the tubes of the firecrackers! It was beautiful and just right for this exuberant man and his family.

I love it when one of my orchestra friends can come to perform the music for one of my weddings! Today, Julie Paradies, violin concertmaster of the Pinellas Park Civic Orchestra, provided warm and spirited music for an outdoor wedding on Clearwater Beach. Thank you Julie!

I am feeling especially blessed these days. I have had the opportunity to help 3 different families, in 3 different cities----Miami, Orlando, New Port Richey----to honor and celebrate a beloved family member they have lost in the particular ways that were most important to them.
It feels like a sacred mission to me each time I meet with grieving people to talk about their loved one and how they would like that person honored and remembered.
This work nourishes my spirit and my soul, and I am so grateful to be able to do it!

Your love story is unique: your ceremony can be too! I will create, with your input, a beautiful ceremony for you which totally expresses who you are and your own love story. You will review the ceremony text, and you can ask for as many changes as you want until both of you say, "This is perfect!" It can be as traditional----or as far out-of-the-box as you want to be!

My other goal is that I want your guests to tell you afterward that yours was “the best wedding ceremony I have ever been to!”.

If your ceremony is for a celebration of life, I will make sure that we capture the essence of the person we are celebrating; and that we highlight what your loved one contributed to you, your family, and the community. We will laugh, and cry, and create warm memories that will remain with you forever.
