Wedding Planner and Event Coordinator Katie's Kreations began the day that I started setting the table for my dolls to have tea.

Everything had to be set perfectly before we could all sit down and enjoy ourselves. That included the tablecloth all the way to the food. As I grew older this continued as I started watching and hosting with my Grandmother, designing my own wedding, and giving my son what ever birthday party he could think up. I also love to be around my friends, so I love to host any party or gathering I can in

my own home. Friends then started asking if I could coordinate their events, weddings, and kids birthday parties. Creating an event is a lasting memory that will leave a special imprint in your life. It is so important to think of every detail and take every client into consideration. It is such a joy for me to meet new people and create a momentous occasion.

Every event, wedding and balloon design is special to me. I take the time to listen to my clients and bring their vision to life. Sometimes that involves thinking out of the box and suggesting something that they weren't thinking about.

The Second Saturday Stroll is a series of three events that were scheduled for August, September and the last one is in October. The client wanting each event to be a little different.

When the photo backdrop they thought would work didn't pan out for the September event, I needed to pivot and think of something that would fit their needs, wants and dreams.

I sent a idea and knew I could complete the task myself. The client asked if I had done one before and I'm always honest. No, but I promise you it will be amazing. I don't take anything on, I'm not able to accomplish.

I started working on it right away and they were blown away by the finished product. So was I! It's not often I give myself compliments but this one I was definitely proud of!

Corsages and Cufflinks is a true labor of love. ❤️

I started this event 3 years ago when my son started High School. I realized how many families were experiencing financial difficulties and facing homelessness. This meant many Seniors were missing the activities in their final year of High School. One of the biggest milestones they were having to say no to was Prom.

I knew I had to do something. I figured if I could get them all of their attire it would allow them to focus their funds on just paying for the ticket.

As we gear up for this years event, I have found that the need is extremely great this year. Families are struggling financially and the fires that have devastated Los Angeles left many families without homes or hope.

I have 11 schools that have a personal invitation to this event, including Palisades and Pasadena High School. We are excited to be welcoming all of these wonderful students and assisting them on their special shopping day.

All High School Seniors all welcome. I want every Senior to enjoy their final year of High School and celebrate their accomplishments.
